Slough Advice Centre and Shelter are moving to Online and Telephone Support……

As a precautionary measure, in line with government guidance, we have decided to move some of our support, guidance and advice services to online and over the telephone.

Our priority remains the people we support, and we are striving to limit the impact on our services.

You can still access expert telephone housing advice by calling the Thames Valley service team.

For urgent housing advice, you can also call our free national emergency helpline on 0808 800 4444. The national helpline is open every day of the year, from:

  • 8am – 8pm on weekdays
  • 9am – 5pm on weekends
